The merchant pays shipping costs. PACE will ship via USPS Package Service unless the merchant specifies different means of shipping.

You may have your order shipped freight collect using your UPS or Federal Express account number. Before you can do this, however, you must send a letter to PACE on your letterhead stating that you will pay for all shipping charges for PACE New Wave Kids^® orders. This option will impose an additional $5.00 handling charge to your order.

If your customer receives a defective CD-ROM or if at anytime it fails to operate, instructions are included with each CD-ROM directing you customer to contact us for a replacement, as opposed to replacing the defective product with your merchandise. All PACE New Wave Kids^® CD-ROM carry a lifetime replacement guarantee.

PACE Retailer program is for merchants selling our products in the United States only in a brick and mortar store or on a stand-alone, independent web store.

You must provide a copy of your DBA company registration certificate, and the location your business is organized, along with ST3 Tax form before your merchant application will be approved.
